How to Purchase from Yuniiku-Trendz?

Step 1: Please fill in an order form.

For any enquries, please contact us through the contact form.

Step 2: Please reply confirmation email and payment enquries.

Confirmations emails will be sent within 72 hours [ 3 days ] and confirm

with a date/bank account number for payment. No payment = No order.

Failure of payment within 1 week will result in cancellation as stated in our

terms and conditions and we will not take reponsibilties for any circumstances.

Step 3: After payment, please wait 2~4 weeks, your item is on it's way.

We will sent your orders to our supplier, please be patient. However, you

may sent regular emails weekly to receive updates on your order [ in case

there is any delay in shipping/ unforseen problems ], which we will inform you.

Step 4: Auto-emails will be sent to remind you for collection of items.

Free/Mass meetups will only be held at Chua Chu Kang MRT.

Other places/ time will vary, so please confirm it with us in advance.

Uncollected items will be confiscated after one month.
